License Agreement for Business Plan & Investment Analysis

1. General License Agreement

This file must be distributed with every copy of Business Plan & Investment Analysis. It may not be removed or modified.

This information pertains to all use of this software worldwide.

This document pertains to the use and distribution of Business Plan & Investment Analysis. It applies to all Business Plan & Investment Analysis program and documentation files. Business Plan & Investment Analysis is protected by law and international treaties.

* Application:

You are allowed to install one copy of SOFTWARE Business Plan & Investment Analysis and use it on your computer.

* Backup copy:

You are allowed to create one single copy of the SOFTWARE Business Plan & Investment Analysis. You are allowed to use this copy for backup issues.

Additional Restrictions

* Restrictions according to Reverse Engineering, Decompilation and Disassembling:

You are not allowed to decompile or disassemble the SOFTWARE Business Plan & Investment Analysis (Reverse Engineering).

* Separating components:

The SOFTWARE Business Plan & Investment Analysis is licensed as one single product. You are not allowed to separate its components to use them on more than one computer.

* Software transfer:

You are not allowed to transfer your rights from this agreement to other persons without written consent from BNB software.

* Denouncing:

BNB software is allowed to denounce this agreement, when you act against this agreement in any way. In this case you are liable to destroy and remove all copies of the SOFTWARE Business Plan & Investment Analysis and its components.

5. REGISTRATION DATA:

By registering the SOFTWARE Business Plan & Investment Analysis you receive your personal registration key, consisting of your First Name, Last Name, Company Name (Optional) and your personal registration number. You are allowed to use this key on one computer at the same time. You are not allowed to rent or hire out this key to another user, when it is not a long-term transfer as described above.

6. UNREGISTERED VERSION:

You are allowed to install the unregistered version of SOFTWARE Business Plan & Investment Analysis on a computer and to use it for test issues, which have the purpose to test the ability of the SOFTWARE Business Plan & Investment Analysis for its later use. You are not allowed to create or open project files and distribute them to third parties or other persons as log as you are not owner of a valid registration key.

7. PRODUCT SUPPORT:

Support for the SOFTWARE Business Plan & Investment Analysis will be provided through BNBsoftware for 30 days after receiving the licensed software or the registration key. Please refer to the info@bnbsoftware.com, to get software support.

8. DISTRIBUTION

Business Plan & Investment Analysis (unregistered) is freely distributable to anyone and everyone so long as it is distributed in UNMODIFIED FORM and no fees are charged. By registering Business Plan & Investment Analysis you agree to all terms of this agreement.

9. NO WARRANTIES

BNBsoftware expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT AND ANY RELATED DOCUMENTATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT REMAINS WITH YOU.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. In no event shall BNBsoftware or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, even if BNBsoftware has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some states and jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.
